Positive and negative representation of women in R&B music videos?

I am Media Studies student and need some help so any opinions would be
a big help =D

If anyone is confused on what i am asking then basicly i would just
like your opinion on women in RB videos. e.g
women are represented in a positive way because they show younger
girls to be powerful and that they can be well respected.
