what's that movie again?

i can't remember the name of this movie i watched a trailer of in the
trailer it was talking about this guy who was talking to his daughter
(i think) and she asked him how he got together with her mom and the
guy said that he got dumped by three girls then later in the trailer
it shows how his daughter (i think) tries to cheer him up and not let
him feel bad about the break ups or something like that

i hope that's enough information for someone to tell me what movie i'm
talking about
